The Serenity Passage is a community-based HCBS-AMH provider offering compassionate, recovery-oriented supports in homes and neighborhoods across Houston.
To create pathways to recovery by empowering adults with mental health needs to build stable, fulfilling lives in the communities they choose.
We started The Serenity Passage because too many people fall through the gaps: after a hospital stay, after a release date, after a crisis, when the support ends and life begins again.
We fill that gap with steady, respectful care: help at home, a safe residential option when it's needed, and a team that coordinates with everyone on your side. We serve adults 18 and older across Northeast Houston and Harris County, including people carrying the weight of incarceration who deserve a real second chance.
